Your group can be just for your family members and patient supporters, or you can suggest a group that can be open to other patient families. No in-person, in-office group sessions at this time. We can only serve family members or patient supporters of past or current LMS patients. If you are a family member or patient supporter and would like a joint session with the patient in your family or with the patient you support, please email Dr. R. at drr@livemoresimply.com with your request. Always copy the patient with any email you send Dr. R.

Family Support & Learning Group for Supporters of Neurodivergent Adults

Do you want to build your knowledge and skills to support your neurodivergent adult loved one AND take better care of yourself? You’re not alone. This group provides a supportive place to share our experiences, challenges, and successes, learn new ways to approach problems, and deepen our understanding of group-selected topics from the many aspects of neurodivergence to self-care for ourselves and families.

Community Services & Future Planning for Adult Neurodivergent Children

Do you want to explore the benefits of community/social support services and learn more about planning for your loved one’s future? Community services can include social services, housing, employment related services, neurodiversity-affirming medical care, or future financial and legal planning. This group will help you identify what community services exist, which may be appropriate for your loved one, how to apply for or access services, and how to be an effective advocate in those systems

Healthy Communication for Neurodiverse Families Learning Group

Does it feel like you and your neurodivergent adult loved one struggle to communicate effectively? This group will help you identify communication gaps, learn the latest neurodivergent-affirming communication strategies, learn ways to listen and express yourself more effectively, and learn practical communication skills that increase emotional safety, authenticity, and connection.
